Regulations:
Before making a reservation, please make sure you are comfortable with the following regulations :
- Smoking is NOT permitted inside the building.
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance must paid in full during your stay.
After making your reservation, the deposit can be sent by wire transfer (if you are coming from Europe)
or you can fax us credit card number and expiration date.
- We prefer cash. Because credit card fees have increased significantly in the past few months, we ask that you to pay in cash. Thanks.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted.
- Children (under 12 years) or pets can not be accommodated.
- Please do not lean on the walls or wear backpacks inside, as it scratches the paint off the walls.
- We ask that you come in quietly (at night), so that you do not disturb the other guests and occupants of the bed and breakfast. In the annex, we go as far as asking you to take your shoes off, in order to minimize the amount of noise on the wooden floors.
